Inspired by the synergy between wine and food and the skills needed in the kitchen to help perfect a dish, this cooking class includes 3 courses:
Entrée - Handmade Pasta with Confit Duck
Main - Scotch Fillet, Baby Chat Potatoes with Salad
Dessert - Zuppa Inglese
All perfectly paired with Mr. Riggs wines.
Start time 6:00PM. Please allow for 4 hours to cook and sit down and dine.
