The Ein Riese, German for “a giant”, is Ben’s version of a German style Riesling. Off-dry in style the fruit is taken from Yacca Paddock vineyard, situated in the Kuitpo region of the Adelaide Hills. The grapes where handpicked and whole bunch pressed. The end result is a delicate nose with floral notes and citrus blossom, with an enticing combination of sweetness, crispness and tang on the palate.
